    Receiving payments is free. You pay a 1% fee only when you withdraw funds. Starter ($5/mo) and Pro ($12/mo) plans unlock payroll, bookkeeping imports, automations, and team features. Exchange rates are market-based with no hidden markup.

    How fast do payments arrive?

    Payments land in your Hedwig account within minutes. Withdrawals are available on demand and most settle same-day.

    Can I collect payments from international customers?

    Yes. Your customers can pay from anywhere in the world using a payment link or invoice. Hedwig also auto-matches incoming payments to clients via Gmail and lets you track time, expenses, and projects tied to each client.

    Which countries do you support?

    Hedwig supports withdrawals in Nigeria (NGN), Ghana (GHS), Kenya (KES), Tanzania (TZS), Malawi (MWK), Uganda (UGX), Brazil (BRL), and more. If you're a business with clients in the US or Europe, you can receive payments from anywhere and hold them in USDC — no matter where you are.

    Does Hedwig integrate with my existing tools?

    Hedwig connects with Google Workspace for team access. Sync projects from Linear, keep deadlines on Google Calendar, and back up contracts and invoices to Google Docs. Bank statement imports (CSV, OFX, QFX) with auto-categorization are supported. QuickBooks, Slack, and Xero are coming soon.
